Henri Rautonen is a graduate of the Ph.D. Program in Law and Economics at Vanderbilt University. He earned both his J.D. and his Ph.D. in law and economics in 2016. He earned a B.A. in politics, philosophy, and economics from Oxford University in 2010. In his 1L year, Rautonen won a Lightfoot, Franklin, & White Award for Best Oralist. In his fifth year, Rautonen earned a Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award for Mergers and Acquisitions. His fields of interest are behavioral law and economics and risk and environmental regulation. Rautonen is an Associate with McKinsey & Company in Atlanta, GA.
