Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean and Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law at UC Berkeley Law School, will face off against Brian Fitzpatrick, Milton R. Underwood Chair in Free Enterprise at Vanderbilt Law, in a debate titled “Is Originalism Really Worse than Nothing?” The event will be moderated by Rebecca Allensworth, Associate Dean for Research and David Daniels Allen Distinguished Professor of Law at Vanderbilt Law.
Respectfully Dissent brings together experts in various fields of law to debate relevant issues in today’s legal climate. The first installment of the series focused on the limits of antitrust litigation.
