Biography

Bruce Wolfson is a consultant, board member, and policy advocate, as well as a mentor and life coach.

He served as legal counsel to global financial institutions for over 45 years. His work involved many regions of the world and all sectors of the financial services industry. His particular focus has been on mergers and acquisitions, financial services, and capital markets. He has worked extensively with the SEC and other financial market regulators.

He also teaches a capital markets course at the Owen School of Management and previously taught at Columbia University.
