Biography
As Director of Legal Process Engineering at Baker Donelson, Dolapo Olushola-Uwaifo collaborates with litigation attorneys and clients to design, develop, and facilitate the adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. She has a keen curiosity about legal technology development and application, and has extensive experience in designing and delivering customized, cutting-edge client solutions.
Professor Olushola-Uwaifo has been PMP® certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2014, has a Lean Six Sigma certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), and holds a Certificate of Business Management from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. Based on her wide array of experience, she also provides consulting on legal budgeting, project management, and process improvement best practices for in-house legal departments and legal operations professionals.
