Biography
Bob Watson became senior vice president and chief legal officer for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority in 2007, after joining the Airport Authority as vice president of legal affairs and government relations in 2005. Before joining the Airport Authority, Professor Watson served in the Middle Tennessee Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for 20 years, ultimately as the division's civil chief and first assistant U.S. attorney. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office in 1985, Professor Watson was a partner with Woods, Bryan, Woods & Watson and served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Alabama. He has also served as Sixth Circuit Pattern Jury Instruction Committee Member and Department of Justice Mediator for Equal Employment Opportunity claims throughout the United States.
