Che B. Mock

Che B. Mock is a co-founder and principal with Rose Park Properties, LLC ("RPP"), the Co-Founder and President of the Entertainment, Sports, Quality, Agency ("ESQ Agency"), 'Of-Counsel' with Bell Law Settlement Services, the recipient of the Nashville Business Journal 40 under 40 award (2020), recipient of the Nashville Business Journal Best of the Bar - Sports and Entertainment Law (2021), and the recipient of the Alumni Spotlight of Bass, Berry and Sims law firm (2021).

In his day-to-day, Che (i) serves as 'Of Counsel' to Bell Law Settlement Services, where he provides legal counsel and title advisory to clients doing commercial or residential real estate acquisitions/dispositions; (ii) oversees the operations of RPP, which is both a residential leasing company and a residential and commercial development company focusing on land acquisition, disposition, and development in Nashville, TN; and (iii) is the President and oversees the operations of ESQ Agency, which is a full service(s) sports and entertainment agency representing clients all over the world.

Che has been a member of the University of Tennessee Partners in Sports program for over 20 years, been honored to serve as their keynote speaker for their annual conference (2019) and continues to provide guidance, advisory and mentorship to students involved in the Partners in Sports program. Che also maintains strong professional ties with the College Sports Research Institute (CSRI), which examines the most pressing issues and concerns of NCAA athletes. Che served as the Chairman of the CSRI Scholarly Conference on College Sports in 2009 and continues to provide counsel to CSRI.

In addition to sports, entertainment and real estate, Che is a serial entrepreneur and sports enthusiast; Che has served as the head coach of the Vanderbilt Women's Club Soccer team for the past 12 years and some of his most cherished accomplishments are leading the team to multiple Division titles, participation in the Regional Tournament and, most recently, an appearance in the Sweet 16 of the 2022 National Tournament.

While in law school, Che worked for the general counsel of a national non-profit community development lender and was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Lawyers Association at UNC.

After earning his law degree, Che joined the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice of Bass, Berry & Sims where he represented developers in the purchase and sale of commercial properties and served as counsel for borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loans and other large scale financings; Che has been involved in some of the largest public transactions in the state of Tennessee, ranging from 5 million to 3.2 billion.

Prior to law school, Mock earned a B.S. in Education, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. In his spare time, other than coaching the Vanderbilt women’s club soccer team, Che enjoys football, basketball, golf, and traveling.

Che resides in Nashville and loves working with those interested in real estate and sports; he loves combining his passion for both.
