As director of legal process engineering at Baker Donelson, Dolapo Olushola-Uwaifo collaborates with attorneys and clients to design, develop and facilitate the adoption of innovative tools and processes that improve the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. She provides consulting on Project Management and Process Improvement methodologies and best practices.

Professor Olushola-Uwaifo focuses on providing reliable matter budgets, legal project management plans, matter and budget reporting processes and tools, as well as internal and external facing matter management portals. She also facilitates the use of BakerManage® processes and technology to plan, execute, monitor, and control legal projects, in order to ensure efficiency, and to maintain set profit margins and performance levels.

She is PMP® certified through the Project Management Institute and has a Lean Six Sigma certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
