International intellectual property expert Daniel Gervais founded and maintains The TRIPS Agreement, which is devoted to commentary on the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, known as the TRIPS Agreement. Gervais is the author of The TRIPS Agreement: Drafting History and Analysis.
Owen Jones oversees two blogs as director of the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience, which is headquartered at Vanderbilt Law School. He also holds the New York Alumni Chancellor’s Chair in Law and is a professor of biological sciences. The Law and Neuroscience Blog provides news on resources and recent developments occurring at the intersection of law and neuroscience. The Research Network also produces NeuroLaw News, an e-newsletter highlighting upcoming conferences along with recent publications and developments.
