Russ Overby ’74 retires from distinguished career of public service at Legal Aid Society and Tennessee Justice Center
Overby spent his legal career at the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, which he joined in 1974, except for a stint as a welfare reform lawyer at the Tennessee Justice Center from 1997 to 2005.
