The First Amendment Clinic protects and advances the freedoms of speech, press, assembly, and petition. Our clients include journalists, individuals, and organizations, of diverse points of view, whose rights have been infringed. We serve those across the political spectrum, including defense of unpopular speech. Representative matters include, but are not limited to, the following:
