Introduction
Europe and the U.S. face potentially generational challenges in adapting finance, corporate, and funding practice to accommodate advanced artificial intelligence, open source banking, and digital assets (including digital currencies).
"Entrepreneurship, Markets and Technology: Regulation's Challenges in a Changing World" (EMT) brings leading academics, practitioners, judges, and policymakers from the U.S. and Europe together to discuss where we are headed, urgent frontiers for research, and potential roadblocks to transatlantic co-operation on building new regulatory frameworks. Our goal is to generate actionable ideas and learnings on how best to equip the next generation of financial markets, corporate governance, and risk management to take full advantage of emerging innovation while safeguarding against the risks.
