Jennifer Bennett Shinall, the first graduate of the Ph.D. Program in Law and Economics, joins the faculty at Vanderbilt Law School as Assistant Professor of Law. Professor Shinall clerked for Judge John Tinder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit after receiving her J.D. and Ph.D. in law and economics in 2012 from Vanderbilt University and she was a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in Law and Economics in 2013-2014. Professor Shinall will teach Employment Discrimination Law in Fall 2014.
