Clayton J. Masterman, a fifth-year student in the Ph.D. Program in Law and Economics at Vanderbilt, has received the American Antitrust Institute’s Best Antitrust and Buyer Power Article of 2016 Award for his published Note, “The Customer is Not Always Right: Balancing Worker and Customer Welfare in Antitrust Law,” Vanderbilt Law Review, 69(5), October 2016, 1387-1422. He has also been selected by Oak Ridge Associated Universities to attend the 6th Lindau Meeting of Nobel Laureates in Economic Sciences in Lindau, Germany in August 2017.
