The Vanderbilt Law Review posted a new edition of its online publication, En Banc Roundtable, which focuses on Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin, a case to be argued in the upcoming Supreme Court term on July 23, 2012.
The Roundtable is an online feature of the Vanderbilt Law Review that seeks to stimulate debate among legal academics and practitioners on notable cases pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. In the current edition, five authors, including James Blumstein of Vanderbilt Law School, have provided their first takes on the issues raised by Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin. In late September, these authors’ responses to each other’s positions and arguments will also be posted on the Roundtable.
