Tracey George appointed to Journal of Contract Law editorial board

Tracey GeorgeTracey E. George, Charles B. Cox III and Lucy D. Cox Family Chair in Law and Liberty, has been appointed to the editorial board of the Journal of Contract Law, a refereed journal devoted to the comprehensive analysis of current issues and developments in contract law in common law countries.

JCL is based in Australia. Its editorial board includes leading international contract scholars, lawyers and jurists from Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, the Netherlands and the United States.

In addition to her faculty appointment at the law school, George is a professor of political science and serves as associate provost for faculty affairs at Vanderbilt University. At the law school, she directs the Branstetter Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program.

She is a co-author, with Russell Korobkin, of the textbook K: A Common Law Approach to Contracts (Aspen, 2nd edition, 2017).
