Angela Smith, known by many as AJ Smith is an Administrative Officer in the Vanderbilt Law School. At VLS, AJ works in Faculty Support Services. She has a MS degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. AJ is a Certified Recruiter and certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
AJ adores her husband, Jimmy of 30+ years; they have four children (Candacey, Jamishia, Jehremy and Jhane’i) and two grandchildren (Emma and Peyton).
Recently, AJ went on her first cruise to the Bahamas when she and her husband celebrated their 40th high school class reunion. She enjoyed herself so much, she plans to go on more cruises.
