Dominique Millen is the Assistant Dean for Personnel Services at Vanderbilt Law School. She graduated from Liberty University with a M.A. in Executive Leadership and Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership and from Fisk University with B.A. in Sociology. At VLS, Dominique works as our primary human resources administrator responsible for providing human resource and personnel administration and is a part of senior leadership team responsible for creating an organizational culture that provides an enriching environment for employees and a support network to achieve the school’s programmatic goals.
