Greta Higginbotham is a first-year student in the Ph.D. program in Law and Economics at Vanderbilt Law School with interests in equitability for both seen and hidden disabilities. Greta is originally from Tennessee and graduated in 2024 from the University of Florida honors program with degrees in Mathematics (B.S.) and Statistics (B.S.) and a minor in Economics. Her experiences as a type one diabetic and competitive rower have piqued her interest in health economics as well as sports economics, with specific interests in healthcare distribution systems and inequitable opportunities for athletes with disabilities.

Outside of her studies, Greta spends her time rowing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
