Sydney Suthar is a second-year student with interests in political economics and ensuring equity through welfare policy. Sydney joined the program in 2024 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, where she presented her Honors Thesis entitled Money, Money, Money: Representation in Campaign Financing. As an undergraduate, she served as a teaching assistant for Environmental Economics, Economics Statistics, and Econometrics courses.
