Victoria Mantel joined the Alyne Queener Massey Law Library as Law Librarian for Research Services in 2024, after graduating from the University of Missouri School of Law. While in law school, Victoria worked in all departments of the University of Missouri Law Library, spent two years as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research & Writing department, was an editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution, and served as a research assistant for two faculty members. She also studied comparative law abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, alongside students from the University of the Western Cape.

Victoria graduated from the University of Arkansas Honors College in 2021. While she was a university student, she spend two summers abroad at the University of Arkansas’s Rome Center, during which she studied Italian art history, economics, and literature and the law.

Victoria is an active member of the American Association of Law Librarians and recently published her first industry article, which was included in the May/June 2024 edition of AALL Spectrum.
