Law and Economics student and J.D./Ph.D. candidate, Jean Xiao, was selected to present her paper “The Effect of Consumer Litigation Funding on Medical Malpractice Litigation” at the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management Fall Research Conference and at the Conference on Empirical Legal Studies.
The APPAM Fall Research Conference will be held in Washington, DC on November 3-5. The 11th Annual CELS will be held at Duke Law School in Durham, N.C. on November 18-19.
