Vanderbilt Law School to Host Music Law Summit Focused on Generative AI

Vanderbilt Law School is excited to announce Music Law and Generative AI: the 2024 Vanderbilt Music Law Summit. This inaugural event takes place on Thursday, April 4, at Vanderbilt Law School.

The summit features a variety of experts from industry, academia, and government discussing AI’s impact on areas such as Voice, Image, Name and Likeness, music policy, and content creation. Panelists feature leadership from YouTube, Warner Music Group, and the U.S. Copyright Office.

The event coincides with the 32 annual Tin Pan South songwriters festival, giving attendees a chance to enjoy live music from award-winning singers and songwriters after the conclusion of the event at Vanderbilt. Attendees qualify for CLE Credit.
