Ingrid Wuerth Brunk is a leading scholar of foreign affairs, transnational litigation, and public international law. She teaches Civil Procedure and Transnational Litigation. Her current research focuses on litigation involving foreign states and on the settlement of territorial disputes through international law. Professor Brunk is currently co-editor-in-chief of the American Journal of International Law. She is a member of the American Law Institute and was named as a Reporter for the Restatement (Fourth) of the Foreign Relations Law of the United States. She is a contributing editor at Lawfare and a founding editor of the Transnational Litigation Blog.
