Sandy Xu has joined Richards, Layton & Finger at associate. Sandy focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes. Posted 1.31.22

Micah N. Bradley has joined Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison as an associate in the firm’s business and commercial litigation group. Micah was a law clerk for the Honorable Eli Richardson in the Middle District of Tennessee before joining Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison. Posted 10.19.21

Taylor Caleb has joined Adam and Reese as an associate. Caleb’s work focuses on clients in public finance and economic development, including financing matters involving local government projects, sports facilities and multifamily housing developments. Caleb was the senior publication editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She was a summer associate and law clerk at Adams and Reese in 2019 and 2020. Posted 5.13.21

Jin Yoshikawa has joined Butler Snow as an attorney. Jin is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Japanese and English bilingual film production manager and an associate consultant for a Boston-based management consulting firm in Tokyo. He has an engineering degree in computer science, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Posted 5.13.21

Destiney Randolph  has joined Miller & Martin as an associate in the Atlanta office. Destiney concentrates her practice in the firm’s Litigation department. She has experience in several practice areas, including business litigation, labor & employment, construction, real estate, and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Miller & Martin permanently, Ms. Randolph spent two summers with the firm as a Summer Associate, working on topics ranging from compliance with the federal Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) to wrongful termination allegations involving violation of the Age Discrimination Employment Act. Justin A. Allen has joined Varnum as an associate.   Prior to joining Varnum he served as an intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. During law school, he worked in the criminal practice clinic and gained valuable advocacy experience representing indigent defendants in criminal court. Justin worked at a state government lobbying firm in Lansing prior to law school, where he gained extensive knowledge of the state legislative process and experience in policy analysis and coalition building. Posted 5.13.21

Ryli Leader has joined the Burr & Forman firm’s financial services litigation practice group in the Birmingham office. Ryli was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar and an Elliot Cheatham Scholar. Posted 1.16.21

Richard A. Rosario has joined the law firm of Lightfoot, Franklin & White as an associate in the firm's Birmingham, Alabama office. Rosario was president of the Mock Trial Board in his third year. While in law school, Rosario had internships with the Federal Public Defender's office in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as the Nashville Metropolitan Legal Department.
