Timothy Parilla has joined Palmersheim & Mathew LLP, Chicago-based boutique law firm as their newest Associate focused on representing clients in complex business disputes. Tim has experience serving clients in complex commercial disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, product liability, and construction litigation. Posted 9.23.20

Kevin Cavino joins Koley Jessen as an associate. Kevin advises clients in a variety of corporate and business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.  Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Kevin worked as in-house counsel for a national real estate title company. Posted 3.30.20


Desmond Dennis Desmond Dennis joined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. He joins the Labor & Employment Team in the firm’s Litigation Department. Posted 9.10.19


Jenna Fullerton has joined Miller & Martin in Chattanooga as an associate. She previously served for two years as a clerk to Judge Travis R. McDonough ’97 of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

has joined Miller & Martin as an associate in their Atlanta office. He is a litigator, with emphasis on white collar criminal defense. Posted 3.25.19

Matthew Ryan Gaske was sworn in as an Assistant Attorney General at the Old Supreme Court Chamber in the Tennessee State Capitol.  Posted 12.19.18

She is practicing in the firm’s Birmingham office. Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Jennifer spent a year working as a law clerk for Chief Judge Karon O.
